I paid 67 pounds for a letter to go to india (Fedex and other couriers rates are 35 pounds) as I needed to send some urgent documents due to family emergency. Its been 2 weeks instead of 2days of parcel force promise, it is still lost somewhere. When I call the customer service in Coventry they have no clue ( lady called Kim), they promise to call me, and she did not bother at all. Finally, I had to call Fedex in India ( I was told to make my own enquiries in Fedex in India) and trace the parcel and update them the details. This is unacceptable.
The story is they use Fedex in India to deliver their parcels...Why should I pay double the price and use Royal mail priority (Global express) who inturn are getting double the money for nothing.
Twice I was ripped off this website. Their secrete hotels are cheaper and are infact costlier than the original price, worst thing is you land up with a bad deal with location, prices and quality. Once you learn about the hotel, you cant even cancel it as every booking is final & no refunds
