All went really well until we had to communicate !

Placed the order which totaled over £300 , but no one seemed to want to speak to me or email me. The meds did show up very quickly and a message was left on my answer machine in the end. But there were a few moments that left we wondering if any one was in! My order wasn't straight forward re prescriptions and it was urgent.

I'm really sorry that this customer had trouble getting in touch with us. We have a new telephone system being installed this week, and this will hopefully prevent this sort of problem occuring again.
