Great service
The site promised same day dispatch but for some reason it took a few days for my payment to clear..? Probably not their fault but I paid with visa debit card so don't see what the hold up could have been. Anyway pretty pleased overall.

To explain, your order was placed on the play.com website, unfortunately they took several days to process payment, this was the delay in your order (this is solely down to play), once play confirmed we then shipped the order within four hours and it arrived to you the following day.
