Trustworthy and generally reliable
I trust e-bookers, having used their services for years now. When I have had problems, these have been resolved quickly and with confidence. Recently, I have occasionally noticed that where a booking has not been available through e-bookers I have been able to make this elsewhere. Excellent service in general though, which I continue to use as first choice.

Very helpful company from start to finish
I chose this company because they had so much helpful advice online to help my selection. This was confirmed when I later telephoned and spoke to someone to be certain of my choice, when more in depth advice and support was provided. The level of service continued when I had my usual problems arranging for someone to be at home to accept delivery of what is a quite large item (hence my being unable to use an alternative delivery address). The company patiently supported the many changes experienced as various people could and then couldn't be there to accept delivery. The table duly arrived safely as arranged, with a very helpful telephone call that morning from the courier to confirm the time slot/delivery arrangements and I am now looking forward to assembling and using the table tomorrow.
