Great company - Great Rug

Everything worked out great - we loved the way the site images and zoom features give you a great sense of the rug your ordering and whether it will work in your home. Only issue is with parcel force driver who attempted his first delivery to the wrong address, and then said they'd re deliver between 12-2pm the next day - they came wayyy earlier and we weren't in! But luckily the neighbours took it in and for free delivery you can't expect perfection.
