Excellent service
Bought DVD arrived incorrect however one phone call to a very pleasant understanding person meant the correct item arrived next day and they didn't want the incorrect item back. Free postage and bargain prices mean I have no reservations in dealing with them again.

Very aggressive manager showing contempt to customers
Waited in queue for 30 mins when they opened a new line for buying only placing the people at the front to the back of the new queue, complained to manager who said he didn't want to sell to me and told me to leave before he called the police! This was unreasonable as I was not aggressive or using bad language in my complaint.
