After 7 days of waiting for my item to be finally dispatched, the only answer I got was. We are experiencing a payment problem, please cancel your order and make a new one. Even if my paypal was always working correctly, except at thehut.com. Don't waste your time. Automatic online answer service will never help you to resolve your problem., because robot can not help you. Seams like there is no people working for thehut.
Very poor customer service, all they can is say is that I have to wait until the estimated day before contacting them. After 15 business days, my tracking number just dissappeared and no longer existing. I can't even track where my item is.
I have only bad words in my mind about this company. Don't ever snd ever make deals with that company. I think I will until estimated day, and them just go and buy my item somewhere else.
