Excellent service right from the moment I phoned with an initial enquiry through to delivery. I couldn't pronounce the name of the sort of drum I wanted (Cajon sounds like cahone) but they quickly worked out what I meant - ordered the colour I wanted, processed the payment and set up shipping. When it arrived they called again to let me know it was in stock and would be despatched. I then had text and email updates from the courier. Awesome service. AND! They laughed with me not AT me (I think!) when I caled the drum my partners new cahonies!
