I ordered a few dresses last week and as it seems is a reocurring problem, the website duplicated my order. I thought it was my login that was the issue so I made a new missguided account but both orders went through on both accounts (even though it didn't confirm my orders either time). So, I've been charged £180 and sent two lots of the orders (which i wish to return them all due to quality/fitting issues). When I contacted the customer service team they replied within a couple of days saying firstly that the duplicate order had been cancelled (not true as it had still been sent out to me!) then I had a reply saying they would not deduct the returns charges from my order and for me to contact her when my orders are delivered and which I would like to return. They came and I replied stating the order numbers that I want to return and clarifying what I should do. It's been over 72 hours and they haven't responded to me. I just want to return these dresses (without paying for returns seen as it isn't my fault) and get the money back into my account. Overall, this is very inconvinient and I'm very unhappy with the service
