ALTHOUGH PLEASED WITH PRODUCT AND VALUE THE DELIVERY WAS VERY POOR
AS I WAS NOT AT HOME AT TIME OF SUPPOSED DELIVERY CARD WAS LEFT IN LETTER BOX TO ARRANGE ANOTHER DELIVERY TIME, WHICH WAS DONE VIA DHL WEBSITE ADDRESS 1/2 HOUR LATER MY NEIGHBOUR APPEARED WITH PARCEL ONLY PROBLEM THERE WAS 1 PART MISSING, THEREFORE DELIVERY WAS MADE (IN PART) TO MY NEIGHBOUR. THEN HAD TO TRACE 2ND PART OF PARCEL. DHL THETFORD DID NOT WANT TO KNOW AND EVENTUALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK TO DHL SOMEWHERE NORTH WHO MANAGED TO FIND THE LOST PART OF PARCEL AND DELIVERY WAS THEN ARRANGED. SEEMS FAR EASIER TO SHOP LOCALLY AND COLLECT, ALTHOUGH HAPPY WITH GARDEN4LESS FAR LESS HAPPY WITH DELIVERY COMPANY!
