superb service
I have had a few orders from Havens and would like to thank them for their efficient, friendly and superb service. I took advantage of their gift wrapping service and was not disappointed. I was informed when my purchases were dispatched and they arrived next day on time and at no extra cost. The staff (Lynne and Lisa) were extremely helpful in ensuring that my orders were accomplished when one of the items was not in stock they advised of a suitable alternative. Thank you all at Havens for your service it was a pleasure doing business with you, I am sure it won't be my last as there is an enormous selection of special gift ideas to choose from.
