After using the website to order the tyres for mobile fitting i felt the wheels were in motion to achieve this, however, within hours of placing the order i received two conflicting phone calls, one from central operations telling me the fitter would phone 30minutes prior to attending and the second call telling me that the area i live in is not covered on the day in question and that i have to wait another 48 hours before the fitting can take place. On the day the fitter is due to appear, i get my 30 minutes warning of their attendance, however, when they arrive they have the wrong size tyres and i would have to wait another 3 days, only after speaking to central operations can a manager from another area resolve the issue. BAD communication.
