Always a good service
I have always had an extremely good experience when shopping with Amazon. They may avoid any corporation tax in the UK but they do provide a good service. Any time I have had contact with Amazon they have been polite and honest. Always received a product I have ordered in good time and never received an incorrect product .

Terrible experience, which ended up costing me more money
I ordered a Nikon D800 from Play in February March. They were trying to match the price of Amazon, which had gone down considerably at the time. After just 3 months of waiting they cancelled the order, saying that they could no longer get the product. A month before that I had wrong up Play and have been assured that Play would not do this by the staff. In the end I paid over £300 more elsewhere for the product and £200 than I would if I had ordered the camera from somewhere else.
I will never use Play again and would advise others not to, as I have had some other bad experiences with them not getting products in before.

A reliable and good experience.
I bought a set of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones from from GAK. I initially had to cancel my order, which they handled very well and then I reordered the headphones a few days later. As I ordered the headphones after the next day delivery time, I had to wait actually 2 days for the headphones arrival (Fedex took their time delivering). but that was not GAK;s fault. Overall a very good experience.
