Ordered samples first as I wanted to see which of 3 possible colors I picked would match the best. Expected to see them in a couple of days (based on what other people said in their reviews) however took a good week for those to arrive. On the plus side they were accompanied by a coupon for extra 10% off. The blinds arrived in some 7 working days however I have never received an email saying they were dispatched or when should I expect them so was lucky that somebody was at home to receive them. They look fantastic and seem to be of a good quality. Just one last complain, the dowel pins where not included in packaging which is something I would expect as they need to be used. Overall I am very happy with the quality and looks of the blinds however little disappointed with the service/communication.
