Where is my envlope and my personal reply?

Having received my lovely card for my son , I was initially impressed. Until I looked inside for the envelope to use when sending it on to my son! I always get cards delivered to me first, to check them over and possibly add anything to the envelope. Now I have to buy a pack of 10 white A4 envelopes just so I have ONE. Really not such a good deal when I have already paid for postage and quite an expensive card. To make matters worse I contacted Card Town with my opinion as IT REALLY MATTERS and I then get an e-mail inviting my comments, with no mention of my previous e-mail. Well they are here and I certainly won't be recommending them or using them next time.
