Lousy Customer Service!

First of all, the confirmation of when we wanted delivery apprently wasn't received so project was held up by 4 days. When it was finally delivered, the cistern was split. We phoned straight away, and it was agreed that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible. After waiting another 4 days for delivery, we were told that the driver had forgotten to pick up the replacement and so hadn't got it on board to deliver it. Still waiting for the replacement part. Person on the other end of the phone very pleasant but unable to do anyhting about the problem. Won't be ordering form this company again, as they really didn't seem to care about the inconvenience that they had put us through

Hi I am genuinely sorry for the problems you have encountered. It is not a typical service you have received that's for sure. It seems a collection of communication problems, carrier damage and then carrier missed a pickup. I am sorry and like my colleague you must have spoken to, there is a limit to what can be done when the carrier makes a mistake on an important delivery.
