I cannot fault the products which seem excellent, very robust and of good quality. Very disappointed with the delivery service though....
The delivery men call you 30 min before they arrive, however, mine turned up 1hr 50 minutes after this call! Apparently they got stuck in traffic, but I thought it would have been nice if they had called again to inform me that they would be late. When they did finally arrive the service didn't improve. OFL delivery to any room in the house, however, they would not do so until I had to sign a disclaimer in case they damaged the furniture or my property! Surely they should be responsible for the furniture they're delivering.
Due to a technical problem I never received a confirmation of my order, instead I received an email offering me reduction of 10% from my order because I had visited the site and not completed on an order (which I had). Clearly this is designed to entice customers back who had visited the site and not placed an order - it's just a shame that Deep Blue don't value their customers who actually place an order first time round.
When I contacted Deep Blue about this they said that the order had been posted already and so there was nothing they could do. They also promised to send me an order confirmation... I'm still waiting.
I would not recommend Deep Blue, or use them again in the future
