very bad customer service, refund not given

i ordered 3 items, i did not want to keep them as the sizes were too big, on the iwantpants website it says you have to email them if you would like to return the items so they can give you a returns autherisation number, i have emailed them twice, the 1st time the day after i recieved the goods and 2nd couple days later with no reply. i then tried to call them several times and couldnt get to speak to anyone. at the end of the call a message is played to return any unwanted items to a delivery address. i returned the items via royal mail special delivery and it has been delivered, it has been 3 weeks now and im still awaiting a response and refund
