Very reliable and recommended... as all warranties should work...staff in the back office is great.

I was not very lucky but thanks to Kathleen, SquareTrade Care Specialist, she made my faulty equipment not being a complete nightmare.
Thanks to Steve, for the easily collection.
Only had some problems in contacts and at the website to fill the claim, but human staff behind this company is great.
I will buy it again it would be good to start the cover from the moment of buying... for a complete peace of mind.
