Ordered 24 litres of egg whites as my usual supplier were no longer stocking them. Everything went smooth with the ordering process and was happy with the delivery date.
Delivery couriers didn't leave my order as requested, so my order was sat at their depot all weekend. When they delivered it the package was split open and in a very poor state. The egg white boxes were badly beaten up and were warm due to the packaging being torn open.
Customer service rang to make sure everything was OK (which it obviously wasn't) so after a discussion with them they offered to replace the whole order.
I will definitely be placing more orders with muscle food as my experience with the actual company was a pleasant one, my experience with DHL not so much.
