I recently decided to upgrade to samsung s3 through DAP and got a good deal, was really happy phone arrived the following day, unfortunately it was the wrong colour I had ordered white and had been sent blue. I immediately got in touch with customer services and was reassured that a pre paid returns envelope would be sent for me to send the phone back and my replacement phone would be sent out special next day delivery, but because it was saturday the envelope would be sent out on monday. The envelope arrived on tuesday I returned the phone early wednesday morning, my sim card was then deactivated which left me with no phone, I was told the phone would be delivered on friday it never arrived, I phoned again and was told it had been despatched to the depot and would prob be delivered on saturday, in the meantime I had messages saying the delivery date had changed from the 12th november to 13th november, hence to say I am still waiting now over a week and having to pay for the phone calls to try and sort out DAP problem, not happy how come they can send the wrong phone out in 24 hours but take s forever for the replacment to arrive ??
