I ordered a Cyrene steam cabin as well as a bath and vanity unit. Unfortunately the steam cabin arrived minus the tray. This went unnoticed both by me and my installer because 2 items were supposed to be in 1 box but they were not. I reported the same to customer services later who ignored my e-mail for over 24 hrs. Subsequently they have still neither admitted nor apologised for the mistake. Customer services did apologise for the delay- albeit too late. I had no choice but to cancel the steam cabin order and am waiting for returns details. I am keeping the other items on the order.
My grouse is not with the cocked up delivery but rather with the lack of communication with customer services who even in the face of a potentially cancelled order gave me no indication that the problem could or would be solved.
