I don't know what it is but from the offset I should have known buying from them I would regret it. So initially I ordered a jacket and some boots, I picked my size, made payment and sat back excited for the items to come but there was a problem. An email was sent to me almost immediately after I had paid to say the shoes I had ordered were out of stock so they would have to refund me and I was provided with STOCK10 to get 10% off my next order. Firstly how can you mislead customers to think there is stock??? Secondly I have never seen it out of stock so this caused me to continue questioning WTF. Following on from this I recieved the coat and a week later I noticed it was faulty. They were responsive to my emails with a 48 hour gap. I sent the coat back as requested and only to find that it is taking them 15 days to process!!!! I have emailed them 4 times since the parcel was posted and guess what NOT EVEN ONE REPLY!!! I am abosolutely fuming considering I was polite to them but that soon changed when I was being ignored. They can stuff there 10% off there is no way I will ever be shopping there again and I have a feeling I have to maybe accept that my £54 will never be seen again! Complete sham
