As much as I can appreciate that the customer services here are very good and friendly, and they do try hard, this is the second time I have ordered from DPD, and the second time their timing has failed me. The first time it was a present (a DVD) and I had arranged a big event surrounding this present, which didn't arrive until over a week later than scheduled. A parcel I am STILL waiting for now is essential to my school work. Being an A-Level student, my school work is an essential part for my grades, the quicker I can obtain my parcel, the quicker I can actually do my work. As it is presently, the parcel is already 2 days late. Now although this is not as bad as my first parcel, because I PAY for Amazon Prime "Next-Day Delivery", I expect that my parcel's get delivered, and I really don't think this is too much to ask for as it is the job of the delivery service to deliver by the given date. I received an E-Mail from DPD saying "Your parcel will be delivered on Nov 9th" emphasis on the WILL BE. I think this is disgraceful for a service that I have paid for and I am certain that they will not even bother to refund the money I paid for it. I have completely lost all my faith in your service and I can assure you, I will not be using it again. Your rating says it all - low.

Sorry that you don't yet have your parcel, but according to our records we have yet to receive the parcel from the sender.
Please be assured that I have asked our customer service team to contact the sender to find out when we will receive the parcel, however delivery cannot take place until we have it.
