Ordered a camera from Argos/Ebay outlet on wednesday for express delivery for friday.
Why? going on holiday sunday evening. You know where this is going.... no bloody camera, but hey let's not leave it there... watched the online tracking system religiously that day (saturday) - out for deliver 10am... returned to depot... 6pm..???
Even drove up to the depot on sunday where people were working but refused to help as the office was 'closed'. Finally, after complaining to Argos noticed that a few hours later Yodel had revised their delivery schedule to imply that there was a failed delivery attempted and a card left. Lies lies lies. Cheers Yodel for effing up my camera delivery for my holiday.
There's not point in telling people not to use Yodel... TELL THE RETAILERS NOT TO USE YODEL! Which is what I did and the Argos rep told me that I certainly wasn't the only one having issues. There's a reason why this company is voted 34th out of 34!
