Top Service - which matters to customers!

I was very impressed with the service I received from the order point, to the delivery. There was a tracking service provided, and the nice touch was the organisation of the delivery. I was emailed informing me of the hour when delivery would be made (with a check to say if I'd be in as the package needed signing for). Great!! I didn't need to be in all day to take a parcel randomly shuffled by the delivery company. The tool I bought (a surform) was well packed and I'd forgotten how good this piece of kit is. I had to tidy up a piece of plywood edging. The surform smoothed the edge easily with no snatching. Also used it on plasterboard edging. Very pleased all round :)
