Initial disaster turned quickly to success

I spent time on the website trying to source the printer I needed, I was unsure and asked for a call back. This was received promptly next day. After much talk and some research by the staff member I placed an order and it arrived next day. Disaster, it did not do the one thing I needed it to do. This despite the spec that the operator had sourced. I phoned cusotmers services who immediately arranged for the printers return. She then told me to re order what I would like. After more research I went back to the web site and asked for another call back. This I received and during the conversation the staff member was not completely sure of the spec of the printer I wanted and so connected me directly with the manufacuter. This clarified what we both thought and so I was able to then re order another printer. The whole process was accomplished in 4 days and I live in Scotland. An excellent service, I will use this company again.
