When I saw the basket I had ordered, I must admit that I was very disappointed as, after having ordered a medium sized basket, I thought it would be much bigger than the one I had in front of me. Otherwise delivery was on time.
No a 10% discount on my next order will not overcome the disappointment experienced, especially as it was a gift for a diamond wedding anniversary.
The 10% discount is of no use as I do not wish to place any future orders with you - the display is not good enough for the price paid and I do not wish to repeat the experience.
