Parcel2go is fine to use until something goes wrong. But then it is not hard to simply pass on collection and delivery details from one website to another.
The issues really come to light with this company when something goes wrong. In our case Parcelforce have mis-routed 5 parcels. Thats fine you might think, mistakes happen. The problem is when all Parcelforce require is some simple information about our client and the description of the parcels so that they can be tracked down. Of course as we are not the direct customer of Parcelforce this information must come from P2G. We supplied this information on two occasions to P2G and were advised that this had been passed on accordingly. Not the case four days later, we have been systematically mislead by more than one member of P2G staff on multiple occasions.
We are still now awaiting further information from P2G regarding our shipment. We have in the meantime run a check via companies house and it would all seem things are not quite so rosy at a company your entrusting with your businesses reputation. My advice would be to think twice before using this company. Services offered direct by most major shipping companies will at least give you the chance to rectify issues directly and effectively.
