Great service, very helpful

I used Jules B when ordering some clothing as a Birthday gift for my partner. I rang the helpline to enquire about returns policy - after all I am a man shopping for clothes for my female partner!! The helpline staff were great. Thankfully, I did not need the returns service!

The delivery service was excellent - with clear and precise information together with a helpful text message to give a one hour slot for delivery.
