I tried to place an order on line for £44.98. No confirmation message was coming up on screen hence i retried. I then find out that Misguided have taken 4 lots of payments out of my account... with NO delivery. I have sent 5 emails to request a response. NO ANSWER. I have a seven year old son and the money that has been taken from us is effecting his life. I am disgusted that not only have they not resolved my issues. They have not even bothered to respond. I cant help but to think misguided are thieves!!!!

Hi Aisha,

I have looked into your emails and can see that three payments have been refunded to yourself. The details of these refunds were emailed to yourself on the 19-11-2012. Customer Care have been experiencing a backlog of emails due to a system merge, but I can assure you they are working hard to complete these.
