Appalling 'customer service'

I ordered a sofa bed (by Flame) in 2009, the base unit has been replaced, the design itself seems to be faulty if used in any way.
Contacting their customer service dept is awful, misinformation, no information, being told things will happen but they don't, refusal to give name or employee number means they are untrackable. I recommend insisting on email communication as then it is documented.
The initial delivery drivers could not get the sofa bed in through a standard sized door, so it was re-cheduled, I arranged the door to be removed and when the new driver showed up he said it would go through with door on and it did. I was charged £40 for re delivery, plus expense of man paid to remove door, which he didn't do. Incompetence of the driver, but I paid.
A change in customer service management meant all previous records of my complaints were lost, currently going through process for refund.


Use at your own risk

I ordered my light in May, months of lame replies from 'Keith' stating backlog, blah blah, I finally got my refund in Sept, after nasty emails and a threat of legal action against me for posting multiple bad reviews.
The billing company is registered to company in Spain, who had misleading information posted on that site which has since been removed.
I wouldn't order anything from CTLed, Keith is untrustworthy and all bad reviews have been well earned.

Just Eat

No problems

I've used the site a few times, using the same restaurant each time. Not had any problems, order accurate and delivered before the time stated each time. Site is a bit slow when ordering (under 5 min to confirm), they relay between the restaurant. For me much easier than phoning when I don't have a menu, my order always accurate. I've always used cash on delivery.


Great company!

I have ordered several times from Bamboo Clothing, the products are great, sizing charts accurate and prices fair. Watch for end of season or special offers in their newsletter for that extra bargain. David's email bulletins are personal and professional, a great company to deal with.


Good pricing

The communication with this company is great, they also offer tracking for the delivery. One down side is not being able to narrow down the delivery times, it's an 8 hour window. Otherwise most prices are very fair and the service is fine.


Unique product

I have ordered several sets of cards from Moo, without any problems at all. The colours on one order were a bit off, I put it down to the calibration of my monitor. The product line is unique and the site offers a lot of variety and ideas for their products. Recommended!



T-shirts are of great quality, delivery times as stated on site for 2 separate orders. I have ordered one of their free shirts, only P&P, and they don't pressure to buy anything else at full price.
