Excellent, could not fault anything with this car dealer.
We just picked up our brand new Kia Sportage 3 today from this Kia dealer. We are from Perth Scotland and had looked around dealers here and met our fair share of pushey dealers with very high prices. After looking on the net we came across a fantastic deal from Chorley Group thinking it was maybe to good to be true we gave them a call and was put through to sales and spoke to Russell. Much to our delight the deal was there and ours from the taken which we snapped up. After going over everything with Russell and getting the car ordered and going to pick it up Russell kept us well informed if I needed to know anything a quick email sent off was answered in great time. Nothing was to much hassle we were even picked up from the train station to go and collect our car today. So to sum up our experience if you want to purchase a top class vehicle with 1st class customer care and great value for money, deal with Chorley group. Even if you don't live in Blackpool they are definitely worth traveling to. Russell made you feel at ease he took care of everything. I will definitely be looking to do business with him for our next car, best sales man we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Not sure if this company has been taken over, as I have spent a lot of money with this company for over a year and never been treated the way I have with my latest order. I recieved an email on the 9th Feb saying my order had been dispatched along with tracking number. Checked royal mail everyday no update so phoned Royal Mail, they advised me they are still waiting on the package from everything five pounds. Emailed everything five pounds 3 times now no response and phoned 11 times and been hung up on every time. Not a happy customer, they have definitely lost a customer, not that I think they care after the way I was spoken to and hung up on so many time.
