Why did you have us go collect tickets from a tiny office on the 8th floor of an office block? Either have them at the O2 box office or e-tickets. The queue was huge. The ticket distribution system was 19th century. Nothing was prepared. Nothing was straightforward. Clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. One of your staff members was almost in tears. I felt for your staff and told them all they were doing their best in the circumstances but vented my disappointment with the company as a whole. By the time we were seated it was 6-5 in the first set!!! That's the entire set missed! And we didn't have time for a drink. In total we were in the queue for well OVER AN HOUR!!! I expect compensation of at least 50% because that is how much of the match we missed. In fact we missed more than 50% because the second set was over pretty quickly. So I expect over 100 pounds in compensation. That was a retarded system and I'm very very very very disappointed.
