Fast, Courteous and On Time......
I listened to a friend about what microphone I needed to play live gigs and he was completely wrong! It's a good thing I talked to Justin at dv247 the day after I had received the errant mic. Justin trusted me when I told him that the mic was in perfect condition and I was allowed to return it. Justin then gave great advice about the product I needed, left the balance of the my other purchase as credit and immediately allocated a mic for me. 3 days later, after they had received my original purchase, I received my brand new mic!
