fantastic site easy ot navigate and order arrived safely
Excelllent site, wide range of bathroom sinks easy to navigate. Prices reasonable although next day delivery made on a Saturday did not arrive until Tuesday so paying for next day deliver not worth it on a weekend order shame there was not any notes on the delivery options to this effect. Other than this would certainly reccomend to others & I would use again!!

For your order on the Saturday you selected the 24 hour option and next to the 24 hour option button we do highlight how the 24 hour service affects delivery , as shown below to avoid any disappointment on delivery timings–
PLEASE NOTE - THE 24 HOUR SERVICE DOES NOT MEAN THE ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HOURS, IT MEANS THE GOODS WILL BE DESPATCHED USING A 24 HOUR DELIVERY SERVICE - AND DESPATCH TIME WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN IN TO ACCOUNT � See explanation above.
Which then explains that for : Orders placed for Basins, Taps and Basin + Tap + Waste sets
In most cases we will despatch on the day following the placing of the order (Monday if order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday), so, if this is on a 24 hour delivery service and ordered on Monday, we will despatch on Tuesday, and the goods will arrive on Wednesday. Likewise, using the Free Delivery, the goods would be ordered on Monday, despatched on Tuesday, and delivered on Thursday. Please bear this in mind when ordering and paying for the 24 hour service.
Inline with this we despatched your order when we reopened on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday on a 24 hour service.
Our apologies again for any confusion but we do detail out how the 24 hour service is used at the checkout to avoid any disappointment.
