Newegg doesn't stand by its 30 days return policy. Bought a new laptop only to find out that it qualifies for replacement only after I called to return. No indication of that when I bought it. Also, worst customer service ever. Only was able to talk to a live person once. They would just put me on hold forever or re-direct to leave a call back number and they never called. Good luck getting a hold of them or honoring their return policy.
