Cant fault the order process or communications... txt message updates starting at 7:30am and throughout the day of delivery with delivery times etc... Bit of a disconnect and contingency problem when there is an unforeseen delivery issue at the logistics end.... the Appliance Direct team seem unable to get in contact with the logistics people on a Friday afternoon to rebook a new delivery date?
