I've used Covent Garden to order currency for going on holiday and recently for transferring money to my Bulgarian bank account. Like an idiot I didn't properly check the IBAN number of my new account and gave the wrong one to Covent Garden. They of course spotted the problem and contacted me by phone and email to sort out the error, and as soon as this was done, the money was transferred the next working day. They know exactly what they're doing but they're also really friendly to talk to and I especially like the live chat feature on their website as I've used that when abroad too (saves on expensive phone calls!). 10/10 - I will always be using them.
