Advice to E5P to improve site and social media

The site is all well and good - but needs a homepage filter.

Add to basket in size 7 -
Item is Out of Stock

Or

Browse
Find something you like
It's not in your size

Repeat until bored/nauseous - Bounce rate must be horrific on this site- I'd love to see it! It would make so much more sense to have a filter so customers can view everything in a size 10, say.

Also - they don't really manage their social media effectively -except to promote their ranges - could do with some proper structure here - I saw a conversation on November 5th get out of hand the other day when someone asked about plus sizes- turned into a right chimps tea party - someone calling someone a moron and a brat etc etc- nasty to watch- they could have done with some management stepping in - also- they never answered the question that started the fight- so looks a bit shoddy. (this is my job so probably why I'm picking up on it.)
