your seats for the Bocelli concert and El Divo concerts were a disgrace.....up in the crows nest for both concerts .....too far from stage and would have needed binnoculars to see the show ....even the ice cream sellers found it tough to go the whole way to the top .......would have enjoyed it better on TV.....will never ever use you again .....Larry Powell
