Awful Service - no customer communication - no products received!

After placing an order on 3/7/13 & paying extra for next day delivery our product didn't turn up. After calling them the next day the delivery charge was refunded to our card & we were advised the product was out of stock but would be received shortly ... oh no it wasn't. Despite several phone calls and an email to Management the product still hasn't arrived as of 21/8/13. After a further call today, and not being able to speak to a Manager, we have cancelled the product with, hopefully, a full refund to our card! This is the worst service we have ever received - not a single communication from them to apologise or offer an alternative.
I would have given them -5 but wasn't given the option!! Needless to say we won't be using them again!!

Excellent Customer Service - Rarely seen these days!!

We recently purchased a wire binding machine from The, and the same afternoon received a telephone call from them checking if the wire binders we had ordered were for another machine or for the one we were ordering, as they did not work with the machine we were ordering! We were so impressed ... what company does that now?! You are usually sent what you order and then have to go through the rigmarole of returning the ones you don't want and reordering the ones you do!!!
We would have no hesitation in using them again, nor in recommending them highly.
PS - the binding machine is great too!!
