Original order,very poor packaging & product arrived smashed to smithereens! After a phone call,product returned,phone call from the manager & product back with me in A1 condition! Use with confidence & customer service top notch what!

We are sincerely sorry that the first delivery was not packaged correctly.
After replacing the damaged product, we investigated the cause and put in place extra training on the packaging of very fragile goods.
