Stuff hasn't arrived (V D)

Still waiting for my vitimins,it;s now 11 days.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave your review.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for your order not arriving as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that First Class orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 5 working days until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel. Our policy is to offer free samples whilst you are waiting for your order to arrive.

I can confirm your order was despatched on the 1st November, therefore you should have received this by now. I have looked on your account and we have no record of you contacting us to advise you have not received your order.

I can certainly arrange for a replacement parcel to be sent for you, before I do so if you could please contact our Customer Services department at, we can then confirm the delivery address with you and process your replacement parcel without further delay. Alternatively, you may want to contact your local sorting office just in case they have your parcel but have not left you a card to advise you of this
