Despatch problems countered by excellent customer service to redress issues

Since i posted this adverse review Clear Chemist have sprung into action and have re-sent the missing product (which unaccountably, has still not arrived via The Post Office/Royal Mail).

So customer service DOES seem to be their Number One priority and their prompt action has gone a long way to restoring my faith in them, as an organisation which does value their clients

last Wednesday they told me that they had posted the one, simple small item which i had ordered from Clear Chemist.

I paid a lot extra for UK postage on this small, light item - it is now the following Monday and still nothing has arrived.Clearly it was not despatched last Wednesday or, if it was, First Class post was not used

The UK post is reliable, fast & efficient - why have my goods not reached me after so many days?

I shall not use their service again.

We have not been made aware of any problem with this order, we are currently trying to get in contact with this customer to rectify the missing order. The order was dispatched on the 7th November and it was posted out first class.
