In July this year I spent almost £130 of of my birthday money in Bravissimo's Reading branch. The service is not in question, the staff were friendly and helpful, the fitting was very useful and the advice given was great.
However.... the four bras I bought were all Bravissimo own branded (as opposed to Freya etc) and have not lived up to their cost or done any favours for the Bravissimo name.
Within 8 weeks of buying them two had underwires poking out at the cleavage end, one had fraying of all the lace trim and finally, the fourth one has now split under the cup, exposing two inches of the underwire. Each was a minimum of £28 and now, after 10 weeks of normal wear, I am left with no wearable bras.
Having ordered before from Bravissimo (other brands) I trusted them and only kept my receipt for a few weeks so I can't do anything about it.
I have never before encountered such poor quality workmanship, even from bras that were £6 from the local supermarket!
Bravissimo, please bring the standard of your own products up to the same level as the other names you are selling, I will never buy another Bravissimo brand bra again.
I ordered my item yesterday, on a free delivery service of 3-5 days, and it was here first thing this morning!!
The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, the call was answered quickly and efficiently.
I hope my product works as well as the company I bought it from!
