Could have done much better.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my sister-in-law in Alabama for her 50th birthday on 29 October. They never arrived. This was due to 'the Strom' (ie 'storm' misspelt by the iflorist help desk...). I was never informed of this non-delivery until I complained. I never received an answer as to why I was not informed, just 'we are really sorry'. We arranged for them to be delivered on Saturday, 10 November when my brother and his wife would be home, instead they were delivered on 8 November.
All in all, pretty disappointing service, pretty disappointing customer care.
