Poor communication-credit card transaction completed though goods were not in stock (even though at time of ordering it said they were available) -had to contact to find out where the goods were and not delivered on the stated day

Pleasant,polite and helpful, fully understanding of concerns when taking delivery of fragile goods(glasses in this case) kept well informed as to the status of the transaction and delivery-goods arrived speedily and well packed and without any issues requiring any further action or redress.
There are some companies that have cracked the selling of goods via the internet, (with the added bonus of being able to speak to real person on the phone as part of the overall service) whilst providing excellent value for money.
