I was ordering wedding day & evening invitations on-line and had no-one at home to check my input and ordering as I was doing it. I placed the order & then saw that I had missed a change in wording on the evening invitations wanting it to be a 'cheese & port' celebration. I was upset with myself. I phoned the next working day explaining to the customer service team what I had missed and they did not flinch at my request, I was really pleased and relieved. They sent me a proof to check and once that was sorted it was business as usual. I was really chuffed with the standard of the invitations and delighted the wording could be changed. I am very pleased to be recommending these guys, I even had the benefit of a gift in the parcel when the invitations did arrive. Super service.
