One glitch but ok overall

I've just received my order from 118golf. It arrived on time, which was great! The products were all there and protectively packaged. All good and fine. The only glitch was that I thought I ordered ladies golf gloves. I was definitely on the ladies area when I selected the gloves, but it was men's gloves that arrived. I reviewed my order. My order only said golf gloves M/L. There was no way it specified men's or ladies. All I could go by was that I know that I was searching in the ladies section. This one problem has ruined what should have been a great experience.
